The ideal candidate will have strong organisational abilities and, preferably, experience in the Benefits Advisory, Group Insurance, Superannuation, or Health Insurance industries. Role Description:
* Serving as the primary contact for client relationships, addressing client and employee enquiries
* Managing Group Insurance Reviews and Tenders
* Providing comprehensive administrative support direct to our corporate clients and their employees, including general insurance support, ongoing superannuation assistance, and answering direct client/member general queries
* Overseeing claims management and underwriting related to your client group's insurance plans
* Offering suggestions to enhance process efficiency
We are looking for candidates with:
* At least two years’ experience in financial services administration
* Preferred background in Benefits Advisory, Group Insurance or Superannuation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong numerical and Microsoft Excel skills
* A proactive attitude and resilience under pressure
* Superior time management and multitasking capabilities
* Strong attention to detail
