What You Will Be Doing
The Peninsula Health Haemodialysis Service is rapidly expanding to provide all aspects of Haemodialysis care including CKD education, Chronic and Acute Haemodialysis, ICU and CCU Haemodialysis. Our Outpatients units comprises of a nine chair facility at Frankston and Rosebud providing Chronic Haemodialysis Care for over 80 permanent clients. Our units operate morning and afternoon shifts, with a twilight shift also running at the Frankston site.
This position is based at Rosebud Hospital.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current, condition-free AHPRA Registration
• Working towards or completion of advanced clinical practice - Renal Nursing
• Knowledge and experience in renal nursing especially haemodialysis
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and nursing experience
