As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Mount Gravatt venue bringing the energy, setting the tone, and leading a team that loves what they do. You'll make sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest leaves happy, and the vibe stays high every single day.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead by example and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
* Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
* Oversee inventory and stock management.
* Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
* Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
* Take ownership of venue P&L.

* Experienced leaders from hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR experience!).
