Key Scientist - Fertilizer Expert
As a key scientist, you will be responsible for driving product development and technology support to commercial plants. Your expertise in urea-based fertilizers will play a crucial role in meeting market requirements and ensuring the competitiveness of our products.
* You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and farmer data to develop insights and recommendations for product improvement.
* Your leadership skills will enable you to work with diverse disciplines and cultures, fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.
* You will collaborate with external companies, start-ups, and universities to lead projects towards implementation in the plant.
Requirements:
* Masters or PhD preferred
* 15 years of experience in new product development, preferably with collaboration or interaction with start-ups
* Strategic thinking and planning
* Leadership skills to influence highly talented people
* Ability to create and drive a culture of innovation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly self-motivated
