Client Engagement Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in internal marketing, client engagement, and account management to drive business growth.
About the Role
* Build and manage a comprehensive engagement calendar, incorporating various communication channels such as newsletters, webinars, and executive briefings.
* Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience, from subject lines to thought leadership pieces.
* Coordinate event invitations and VIP gifts to foster meaningful relationships and deepen customer connections.
* Analyze and track key metrics, including NPS, stack attainment, and engagement levels, to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in internal marketing, client engagement, or account management, preferably within the MSP/IT sector.
* A unique blend of storytelling abilities and strategic thinking, enabling you to design campaigns, write engaging copy, and interpret data insights.
* Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or ConnectWise.
* Natural influencing skills, allowing you to lead cross-functional projects without direct authority.
