Craft Supervisor Role
Job Description:
This role oversees the direction and coordination of craft activities, ensuring productivity, compliance with policies and procedures, and performance within specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership / Supervision: Discipline supervision up to 50 crafts, supervising and/or directing craft activities as assigned.
* Scheduling work to be performed and reviewing work accomplished by each craft.
* Determining workforce requirements and coordinating established area operational plans.
* Monitoring tool and equipment usage on the site.
* Overseeing Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables to ensure crafts have necessary tools for productivity.
* Ensuring current design documents are used and all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
* Ensuring construction operations and subcontractors' performance comply with specifications and schedules.
* Working with Construction Field Engineers, Leading Hands, and Craft Professionals in interpreting Engineering design documents and technical documents.
