9 day fortnight at a leading international firm
Working for one of Adelaide's leading accounting, tax and consulting firms, you will be mentored but you will also be given the responsibility and encouragement to show your own leadership.
The firm has a leading business services / business advisory / tax accounting team with successful, interesting clients and is in growth phase - you will drive the execution of middle market tax and accounting compliance and advisory engagements while maximising the firm's client relationships. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of an already excellent culture, one that looks after its employee and strives to maximise life balance.
Key elements of this role are:
* Lead complex engagements in a range of sectors and execute the more challenging work.
* Supervise, mentor and develop high quality staff.
* Build client relationships at all levels.
* Identify business development opportunities.
* Pro-actively add to the culture of the firm.
* Contribute to continual improvement of the business - technical, process, people.

Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus super - negotiable
