About the Role
You will join our team as a full-time Sales Consultant, learning directly from high-performing agents. Your development is our priority — and with the right effort, you will progress from trainee to Sales Agent, and eventually lead your own team.
Your day-to-day includes:
* Learning advanced sales techniques
* Developing communication and people skills
* Speaking with customers across Sydney
* Hitting achievable performance targets
* Working closely with your mentor and team
