Job Description
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with public sector guidelines.
* Prepare and post job advertisements through various channels.
* Screen applications and assist with shortlisting candidates.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, including liaising with panel members and candidates.
* Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all recruitment documentation is up to date.
* Assist with onboarding processes for successful candidates.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function.
The Successful Applicant
* Prior experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally within the public sector.
* Strong understanding of recruitment policies and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using recruitment systems and software.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
