Back on Track Foundation is a purpose-driven organisation supporting children and families during and after childhood cancer treatment. We work with families, schools and health providers to provide education support, mentoring and advocacy so children can confidently return to life beyond treatment.
We are looking for a reliable Administration & Finance Officer to help keep our office and financial systems running efficiently.
This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) based in our Subiaco office.
About the Role
This role sits at the centre of our daily operations. You will manage core financial administration in Xero while supporting office coordination.
You will work closely with our General Manager and education team to ensure the organisation operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Process accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare invoices and manage bill payments
* Maintain accurate financial records and bank reconciliations in Xero
* Assist with monthly reporting preparation
* Maintain organised digital records and files
* Provide general administrative support to the team
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing both administration and financial tasks.
You will ideally bring:
* Experience in office administration and bookkeeping
* Strong working knowledge of Xero
* Experience with invoicing, bill payments and reconciliations
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Professional and compassionate communication skills
Experience in a not-for-profit, education or community organisation would be highly regarded.
