Our client -a Federal Agency who works with those for disability - is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team for a 9‑month assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is committed to supporting high‑quality learning and development outcomes.
About the Role
You will play a key role in providing administrative, scheduling, and stakeholder support within Frontline Learning. Your ability to coordinate workflows, maintain team cohesion, and deliver accurate, timely outputs will be central to your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all tasks and documentation.
* Set work area priorities, support team cohesion, and uphold quality standards.
* Apply critical thinking and sound decision‑making to resolve issues as they arise.
* Use Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
* Adapt to changing priorities and support various functions across the team.
* Apply strategic thinking to enable flexible delivery of learning programs.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with confidence and professionalism.
* Oversee administrative processes to ensure efficient office operations.
* Create, analyse, and distribute detailed reports.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of communication protocols and etiquette.
* Uphold confidentiality and privacy principles when handling sensitive information.
* Apply effective problem‑solving techniques to address emerging challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualifications in business administration, management, office administration, project management, learning and development-or equivalent relevant experience.
* Highly desirable:
* Experience using the LEAP learning platform or other Learning Management Systems.
* Experience with Jira Service Desk.
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead projects, and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
