About the Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Australia. This role offers an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for process improvements, researching technology, and providing advice to clients.

This is a chance to work directly with founders, board members, CFOs, and global finance professionals. Engagements will be a combination of recurring and project-based activities.

You will report to the Senior Manager and be involved in client-facing activities such as preparation of month-end close processes, monthly/quarterly management accounts, cash flow management, supplier payment runs, variance reports, executive summaries, advisory projects, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations, review and lodgement of business and instalment activity statements, using cloud technology to drive internal and external process improvements, assisting in supervision and training of junior staff, communicating with clients and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly management reporting and CFO advisory
* Advisory, support, and transformation of finance functions
* Implementation and management of finance function and system changes
* Strategic accounting services, encompassing audit readiness, financial, corporate, and sustainability reporting
* Assist clients in preparing their business for sale
* Manage integrations post transaction


What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong skills in process improvement, research, and advice provision. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues will also be essential.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager and other team members to ensure that all client requirements are met.
