An experienced Fire Protection Service Manager is required for a growing Fire Protection business in North Sydney.
The client have good relationships within the industry, and has good client networks so the role would be to manage and develop a growing service business with the asisstance of the Owner. Ideally you will be experienced enough to hit the ground running so the owner can relinquish the service division repsonibilities and can focus on the construction division and developng more business across both Service & Construction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage Service Contract clients
- Oversee administrative team
- Manage field staff, including testers, technician and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed quotes for defects and repairs
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven client relation skills
- Minimum 5yrs experience in Fire Service (Testing/Maintenance) Sector
- Detailed knowledge of fire systems and the associated Australian Standards and EPA Regulations
- Must have experience eusing Uptick
- Proven problem solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Robust attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and results orientated
- Good work ethic with the ability to be self-motivated and a team player
