Ecological Leadership Position
This role involves leading ecological initiatives and providing leadership and technical expertise to guide projects from inception to completion.
A high level of autonomy is expected as you deliver field survey programs on complex and remote sites, preparing high-quality deliverables. Client relationships will be cultivated, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our consultancy firm.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing the growth strategy for the ecology workstream in NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead ecological initiatives and provide leadership and technical expertise to guide projects from inception to completion.
* Deliver field survey programs on complex and remote sites, preparing high-quality deliverables.
* Cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth and success of our consultancy firm.
* Play a key role in developing and implementing the growth strategy for the ecology workstream in NSW.
Requirements
* At least 10 years of relevant ecological experience.
* Accreditation under the NSW Biodiversity Offset Scheme is desirable.
* Degree qualified in ecology, environmental science, zoology, botany or a related discipline.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and environmental policies.
