We are looking for a clinician to join our team as a Senior Speech Pathologist. With a newly renovated clinic in Norwest and a team of passionate paediatric clinicians, we offer a collaborative environment where your clinical experience and leadership are genuinely valued.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience, who is confident in their clinical skills and ready to contribute to the development of others while continuing to grow professionally themselves.

$100,000 – $115,000 + Super (based on experience and role structure)
Realistic KPI's that allow for quality care - No 30-minute back-to-back appointments – we value quality care AND your mental health!
What your role will involve:
* Assessment and intervention for clients aged 0-18
* Mentoring and supporting early career clinicians
* Contributing to clinical projects, such as:
o program development
o service improvement within the practice
o internal PD sessions
o peer supervision groups
o community engagement
What you'll need:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
* Paediatric caseload experience essential
* Current SPA membership
* Driver's licence and car (for possible mobile visits)
