Key Responsibilities
* Directly manage and lead a team of mechanical tradesmen to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.
* Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities meet industry safety standards and company policies.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for electrical activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines.
* Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.
* Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of SMP activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation.
About You
* Proven experience as an SMP supervisor within LNG/oil & gas turnaround environments.
* Strong hands‐on experience with SMP planning and execution (mandatory).
* Working knowledge of JDE and CMMS‐based job planning systems (highly desirable).
* Strong Excel capability and high computer literacy; PowerBI and web‐based tools advantageous.
* Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with client representatives.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and procedural discipline.
