Job Description
As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences for our customers.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing people and challenging situations within a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for leading the retail & residential catering service for one of our valued partners, a Co Ed college in Kilmore.
You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in areas such as food quality, logistics, employee development, and exceeding client expectations through innovative residential, functions, and retail food product and service delivery.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

* Ensuring continuous improvement in areas such as food quality, logistics, employee development, and client expectations
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* Management experience within a related hospitality/food service industry
* Strong Administrative skills
* Ideal experience in hospitality focused roles with cooking
* Outstanding client service focus demonstrated by superior communication ability
* Certificates required for WWC, RSA, Food Safety Supervisor, and a driver’s license
* Strong business and financial management skills
* Proven experience in managing people and challenging situations within a dynamic environment
Benefits
Varying hours include Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 11:30am-7:30pm, and weekends as required. This role may require flexibility with working hours.
