About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing property team in a role that blends financial admin, and hands-on property inspections. No two days look the same — one day you'll be preparing owner statements, and the next you'll be on-site overseeing inspections across our portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
Financial Duties
* Managing AP/AR across commercial and residential properties
* Processing rent, outgoings, invoices, bonds/guarantees, and monthly disbursements
* Preparing trust reconciliations and monthly owner reports
* Monitoring arrears and assisting with follow-up
* Supporting budgets, outgoings audits, and EOFY tasks
* Maintaining accurate financial and compliance records
Property & Inspection Duties
* Conducting routine, entry/exit inspections
* Completing detailed condition reports with photos and recommendations
* Identifying maintenance needs and coordinating with contractors
* Liaising with tenants, owners, and the property team
* Providing operational support to property managers
What You Bring
* Current Real Estate License or Registration (essential)
* Experience in property management or property finance
* Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with great report-writing ability
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
* Familiar with property accounting systems (PropertyTree, Cirrus8 ideal)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
