Mt Carmel OSHC provides quality care for up to 105 primary school-aged children through before school care, after school care, and vacation care programs. Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will be a valued Educator who will work to create a safe and clean environment for primary school aged children and deliver fun, engaging and interactive activities.

Responsibilities
* Providing nurturing care for children
* Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
* Creating fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
* Maintaining positive working relationships with all team members
* Working collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
* Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
* Fostering enthusiasm and a positive culture to make a difference in the lives of children in our care
Job requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
* Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
* Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
