If you're organised, customer-focused, and thrive on keeping things moving – this is your moment. We're on the lookout for an Equipment Service Planner to join our Field Service team at our Clayton branch – someone who loves the balance of planning, problem-solving, and people connection.
This is no ordinary coordination role. Reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person keeping our Equipment Services Vehicles (Lube Trucks) running smoothly and our customers informed every step of the way. From scheduling preventative maintenance services to managing communications between customers and technicians, you'll be at the heart of it all – keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.
We're looking for someone who brings precision, pace, and a strong service mindset. A mechanical aptitude and experience in scheduling, service administration, or field coordination will give you a great start – but what really counts is your initiative, reliability, and drive to deliver excellence.
At William Adams, this isn't just a job, it's a career move. You'll be part of a proud Caterpillar dealer with nearly 100 years of experience, backed by a culture that values integrity, teamwork, and growth.
