Blake Oliver Consulting has been engaged to appoint a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant into a large-scale HR transformation program in Melbourne. This role will play a key part in configuring and optimising the Employee Central Payroll module within a broader SuccessFactors landscape.
You'll operate at the intersection of payroll operations and system design, ensuring payroll configuration aligns with Australian legislative requirements while integrating seamlessly with Employee Central and adjacent HR modules.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Configuration & Implementation
* Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Australian requirements
* Translate payroll process requirements into scalable system configurations
* Align payroll processing with legislative and compliance obligations
Integration & System Alignment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECP with Employee Central and other HR modules
* Support integration with external systems including time, finance and reporting platforms
* Participate in data migration, payroll testing, validation and system upgrades
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
* Conduct payroll workshops with business stakeholders
* Provide troubleshooting and resolution support for payroll-related issues
* Deliver training and support to ensure successful system adoption
* Stay aligned with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap updates
* Provide recommendations for enhancements across payroll and HR processes
What You Bring
* Proven experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in Australia
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance frameworks
* Experience across payroll system testing, validation and data migration
* Integration exposure across SAP HR modules and third-party systems
* Strong analytical capability and stakeholder communication skills
* SAP certification in SuccessFactors is advantageous
