Job Description
As a Quality Improvement Manager, you will lead and coordinate best-practice quality and safety systems at Armidale Hospital. This key leadership role is responsible for facilitating the implementation, monitoring and compliance of NSW Health and HNELHD Quality Frameworks, including the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.
You will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to support continuous improvement, accreditation readiness, and a strong culture of clinical governance and patient safety. Your expertise will drive quality improvements across Armidale Hospital and Peel Rural Health Services.
* Act as the local resource person for all aspects of quality improvement
* Lead, coordinate, drive quality improvement initiatives aligned with NSW Health frameworks
About You
You are an experienced professional passionate about strengthening clinical governance. You possess high-level experience in quality improvement within a healthcare setting.
* Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline
* Demonstrated ability to lead influence support multidisciplinary teams achieve quality outcomes
