This role manages the City’s large labour workforce who provide efficient and effective street cleansing services with 24/7 shift coverage within the City’s LGA. You will effectively manage operational budgets, implement strategic directions, align resources, people, systems and processes to deliver effective street cleansing services.To be successful, you will need well developed leadership skills, including day to day people management and long term planning, experience in delivering programs from idea to implementation, and applying the principles of fairness, transparency and productivity to manage performance and drive cultural change.
