Client-Side Project Managers – Major Water Infrastructure (WA)
Contract Role | $100 – $140/hr + GST | Perth or FIFO (Sydney / Brisbane)
We are currently seeking experienced Client-Side Project Managers to support the delivery of major water infrastructure projects in Western Australia.
These roles sit on the principal / client side, working closely with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to manage projects from early works through to delivery.
Perth-based candidates are preferred, however FIFO arrangements from Sydney or Brisbane will be considered for the right experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of water infrastructure projects, including:
* Client-side project management across planning, design and delivery phases
* Managing consultants, contractors and interface stakeholders
* Programme, cost, risk and quality management
* Overseeing contractor performance and reporting
* Supporting procurement, approvals and governance processes
* Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
About You
* Proven experience as a Client-Side Project Manager
* Background delivering water, utilities or linear infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of contractor-led delivery models
* Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and consulting teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a client-side environment
Desirable:
* Previous experience on WA water or utilities projects
* Perth-based or FIFO-ready from Sydney or Brisbane
