What is the role? As the Venue Manager for our Zone Bowling/Timezone Tea Tree Plaza venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN. Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue and you will champion our values every day. You will be supported by and also provide support to the dynamic and loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front as the ultimate role model for your team
- Driving business success with your sharp leadership and savvy decision-making
- Creating a guest experience so good, people will be counting down the days to come back
- Building meaningful relationships with those who book for an exciting birthday party/group and corporate event
- Managing the venue like a pro – from financials to fun, you’ve got it covered
- Inspiring your team to bring their A-game every day and celebrating wins together
Who are you?
- You must hold a valid Working with Children Check certification
- A hands-on and effective manager with experience in managing a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can achieve remarkable results and inspire their team to do the same
- An astute operator with strong skills in the effective financial management of a venue
- Passionate about guest experience and ensuring everyone you serve leaves smiling
