Following a successful 12 months at the Jacinth Ambrosia Mine, Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) is excited to expand our operations team. We are currently seeking experienced Production Digger Operators (Liebherr R9200) and Dozer Operators (D9–D10) to be part of our growing workforce.

What We're Looking For
* Preferably a current HR license
* Experience working a combination of day and night shifts
* Commitment to roster schedules, including a 7:7:7 and 7:7:14 roster
* Strong safety mindset and a demonstrated history of safe operating practices
* Pride in your work and your machine's upkeep
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively
* Ability to pass a comprehensive medical and provide a current police check
