An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team as an Operations Support Specialist. You will be working in our Adelaide office and contributing to a small, busy unit responsible for multiple tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
* Daily invoicing
* Raising of purchase orders
* Data entry
* Providing customer service and general administrative support
* Inbound and outbound phone calls
* Payroll processing
* Managing customer SLAs and compliance
* Circulating field technicians
About You
* Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
* Experience coordinating/scheduling field technicians in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with good communication skills
* Ability to work on a rotating shift roster between 7am-6pm
* Proficiency in MS Office - Excel
* Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems such as Pronto / Salesforce (preferably but not essential)
* A customer-centric focus and technical aptitude
