Warehouse Management Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations and manage the performance of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure consistent success by overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse KPIs.
* Enforce health and safety practices to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager, customer service, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receipt and delivery processes.
* Drive performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced yet organised environment.
* Mentor and develop your team, ensuring staff engagement and growth.
Requirements:
* Experience in a warehouse supervisor role with a firm knowledge of distribution.
* Management of team KPIs to ensure the teams meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Concise communication and ability to work closely with the Operations Manager, customer service team, drivers & warehouse staff.
* Confident in managing a fast-moving environment.
* Outstanding people skills, including a genuine interest in developing your team.
* Be team orientated and respectful of safety protocols.
