Timber Mill Operations Role
Contribute to a dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our timber mill. As a Timber Mill Hand Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with sorting and processing timber to meet customer orders.
* Process and sort timber to fulfill orders efficiently
* Support quality control across production areas
* Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and efficiency goals
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace while adhering to quality control standards
* Using hand tools and basic equipment to assist with mill operations
* Developing effective relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork and communication
Required skills and experience include:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in timber mill operations or similar industry (desirable)
* Confidence using hand tools and basic equipment
