To excel in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (desired).
* Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and regulations.
* Familiarity with employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and other employment laws.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
