This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become a key member of our interiors team, contributing to a diverse range of projects both locally and across Australia.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Motivated to work collaboratively with a national teamLead the design process from concept design through to completionDevelop and present design concepts, spatial planning and material palettes which ensuring design excellenceA problem-solving mindset that can drive design development and translate that into documentation outcomesLead documentation, ensuring high-quality detailing and technical accuracy.Manage client relationships, and able to act as a key point of contact throughout the projectCollaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractorsOversee and provide guidance to emerging designersStay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practicesFoster a collaborative environment that rewards professionalism and growthTo succeed in this role, you will be comfortable both leading design outcomes (client facing) and driving delivery (strong revit documentation) across large-scale interior solutions within complex architectural projects.You should have the below skillset:7 + years’ of experienceA degree in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureProficiency in a variety of design software (e.g., Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
