About us
Capricornia Offender Health Service (COHS) is responsible for the delivery of health service to Prisoners in the Capricornia Correctional Centre (CCC) and Capricornia Correctional Farm (CCF) including workcamps. COHS provides a health service to a fluctuating population of approximately 1300 male Prisoners within CCC and CCF. The CCC receives and transitions Prisoners on release from and to geographical locations north to Mackay; south to Gladstone, east to Capricorn Coast; and west to Central Highlands.
About the role
Provide high-quality, effective, efficient, professional, and confidential administrative support to the Nursing Director (in this instance the Nursing Director of the Capricornia Offender Health Service) and other members of the Capricornia Offender Health Services leadership team (as required).
About you
* Manage and organize all aspects of the office of the relevant Nursing Director through the provision of efficient, effective, and confidential executive and administrative support services.
* Coordinate and manage the workload priorities and commitments of the Nursing Director, through diary and correspondence management, including appropriate tracking and monitoring of deadlines.
* Develop and maintain databases, systems, and processes to enhance the organisational effectiveness for the management of correspondence, records, and resources.
* Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures are not defined.
What we offer
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $9,515 is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
