As a dedicated professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing trauma-informed care to children and young people who have experienced adversity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a stable and supportive environment for young people
* Support young people to achieve their living skills and Case Plan goals
* Be an advocate for the young person's needs and well-being
* Manage complex behaviours and difficult situations according to the young person's behaviour management plan
* Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive support to young people

Requirements:
* A current NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment
* A current National Criminal History Check Certificate
* A valid driver's licence
* A roadworthy and comprehensively insured vehicle
* A qualification in Social Work, Youth Work etc., or considerable industry experience
