Customer Service Professional Role

We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our team in a part-time capacity, working Wednesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you're interested in improving clients' hearing and quality of life, this might be the right opportunity.

This role plays a crucial part in contributing to clinic performance and enhancing customers' experiences. We look for individuals who are compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven, with outstanding organisational and customer service skills.

Clinicians and Hearing Technicians will collaborate to provide high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.

You'll gain knowledge about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. With this expertise, skills, and tools, you'll apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.


Requirements for Success

* Prior experience in sales and customer service roles within retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments is essential.
* Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
* A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
