Position Overview
Operating over the past 5 years, this commercial builder mainly builds fuel stations and rapid food restaurants using tilt‐up construction.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
* Liaise with customers/stakeholders and work through the application process.
* Contribute to risk assessments and management plans; fulfil SSE statutory obligations and maintain site compliance.
* Lead day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring productivity and safety targets are met.
* Manage subcontractors, mechanical subcontractors, and daily site operations.
* Coordinate HVAC, pipework, plant, and services installation.
* Oversee cladding replacement, façade remediation works, and other on‐site activities.
* Run daily site activities and keep works moving according to program.
* Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
* Manage small renovations and reinstatements and deliver multiple projects with repeat clients.
* Option to work either permanently or contractually if preferred.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Electrical Construction, Engineering or Project Management.
* Strong knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation, including Certificate IV.
