What you'll do
* External auditing over climate and sustainability information, and compliance with sustainability standards and regulations
* Analyzing, identifying, and resolving complex business issues with effective strategies
* Maintaining a commitment to integrity, ethical behavior, and building trust with clients and stakeholders
* Leading and creating team-oriented environments, fostering collaboration and driving innovation
* Leading teams, coaching, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior auditors
What we're looking for
* Audit Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in external audit in Sustainability, with experience in assurance over greenhouse gas emissions, and progress towards or completion of a recognised CA qualification
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sustainability information and drivers, identify risks, and apply professional judgement to audit processes
* Teamwork and Development: Experience in supervising the delivery of engagements including setting project plans, delivering projects on time and on budget
* Communication Skills: Ability to prepare audit findings clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
* Industry Awareness and Regulatory Understanding: Foundational knowledge of auditing standards, sustainability reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to ongoing learning
