Key Skills & Experience
Experience working in IT in a Hospital
Experience working in
Desktop Support- Helpdesk
Experience in Level 2/3 escalation point for the Service Desk, managing tickets through SCHN's designated ITSM tool - ServiceNow
Experience in Installing, configuring & troubleshooting applications with the SCHN software catalogue
Experience in the Microsoft 365 suite - Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel
Experience in Active Directory tasks such as password resets and unlocking accounts.
Experience in supporting audio-visual- AV & video conferencing - VC equipment
