Director of Camp Operations
This is a challenging full-time role that requires exceptional leadership skills and outdoor education expertise.
* The incumbent will lead a team responsible for creating impactful camp experiences.
* They must manage the program team to ensure compliance with organizational standards and motivate staff members.
Responsibilities include developing high-element activities aligned with the organization's mission, as well as managing day-to-day operations. The Director of Camp Operations must be able to effectively communicate with team members, parents, and other stakeholders.
A strong understanding of outdoor education principles and best practices is essential for this position. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Outdoor Recreation or related field.
* Proven experience in outdoor education or a related field.
