Based in Perth's southern suburbs, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local market trends and the ability to foster lasting client relationships.

Role & Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
* Engage and liaise with prospective clients
* Prepare initial comparative market analyses
* Conduct property viewings and rental appraisals
* Ensure smooth and compliant handovers to the property management team
* Convert warm leads from the sales team into new managements
About You
This role is perfect for an experienced Real Estate BDM looking to take their career to the next level. You'll drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and make a real impact in the Perth property market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to generate and convert high‐quality leads.
