WISE Employment are looking for an experienced, accredited First Aid Trainer to deliver face-to-face training in the Bendigo region.

You will:
* Facilitate interactive, practical, and engaging face-to-face training
* Guide learners through assessment activities and provide support as required
* Use a full suite of modern First Aid equipment
* Maintain accurate assessment records and comply with national standards (support and mentoring provided)
* Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and the support team
* Knowledge of aXcelerate SMS/LMS will be an advantage
* Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering accredited First Aid and CPR training, these include HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide CPR
What will you bring to the role?
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) TAE40122 or TAE40116
* HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide CPR
* Previous experience as a First Aid Trainer (ideally in a vocational or RTO setting)
* Current valid Driver's Licence
Please note Mandatory Pre-employment Screenings will be required, this will include;
* Australian National Police Check, including Right to work in Australia (conducted by WISE)
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (fee payable by candidate)
* Working with Children's Check (WWCC) (fee payable by candidate)
