As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking to add an experienced Chef to join our team:
We are looking for passionate, driven and committed professionals who want to join our team and create something unique, positive, and long lasting on the Central Coast.
The roles involve but are not limited to:
* Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations and working independently
* Responsible for setting up sections, maintaining prep and ordering for that section
* Ability to multitask and prioritise duties before and during service
* Maintaining and managing high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Maintaining consistently high standards of all food produced
* General food preparation and service
* Inspecting food products and supplies as needed
* Training junior team members
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of employment experience as a Cook or Chef.
* Able to work alongside the head chef.
* Able to show cooking, organisation, and cleaning skills.
* Ability to work as part of a busy team and open kitchen.
* Great focus, positive attitude and well organised.
* Able to work on the weekends.
* Good English communication skills.
