Overview
SA level Commercial Lawyer sought for established Australian business. Our client, an established Australian business, is seeking a Senior Associate level commercial lawyer to join its collaborative legal team.
Reporting to the General Counsel, the primary focus of the role is to provide commercially astute legal advice to the business.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and advising on contractual arrangements
* Drafting policies
* General commercial and operational matters
* Regulatory compliance
* Advising on privacy
* Managing any litigation
Qualifications and experience
* Ideally the successful candidate would offer general commercial experience preferably gained in a well regarded organisation
* Government / regulatory experience is highly regarded for the role
* High level drafting and advisory skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
