Reporting to the General Manager Safety and Compliance, this role will play a vital role in supporting the business to ensure the organisation’s safety and compliance regulatory requirements are met.Mulgrave Location | Close to cafes and shops | Free Parking | Team BBQ’s | Flexible work arrangements | FT Role | Employee Wellbeing and Benefits ProgramKey Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging public liability incidents and liaising with insurers and legal representatives.Sharing master licensing administration, and Labour Hire Licence renewals, and reporting.The monitoring and review of safety management platform data and client management induction processes.Assisting in managing Contractor Management Portals, inductions, and document uploads.Monitoring of Labour Supplier Management compliance.Assist in Insurance review and administration as required.Assisting with the coordination of our Integrated Management System (IMS) activities, records maintenance, and quarterly reporting.Promoting best practice and continuous improvement of company compliance framework.Assisting with internal auditing of management systems and processes.Ability to travel interstate if required.QualificationsThe ideal team member will have excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to be organised and work in a faced paced environment, be collaborative, multitask and partner with the business to achieve Safety and Compliance objectives. Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations, IMS standards and experience in a similar role will support success in this role.
