About the Role
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking a Works Management Administrator to join our Facilities Management team to support works at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH) and our community sites. Together with the broader FM Team, you will play a critical part to ensure our infrastructure, buildings, plant, and equipment are maintained to optimal standards and enable the delivery of safe, high-quality care to children, young people, and their families across Western Australia.
Reporting to the Work Planner, you will work in a team to provide support in the development, implementation and monitoring of asset registration, maintenance management and contractor management systems to ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities include :
Processes and triages daily work requests in our works management system (Agility)
Maintains and processing of Planned Preventive Maintenance
Closing off jobs and saving documents such as service reports
Manages and coordinates work permits and other associated permits
Notified internal and external stakeholders on works occurring
Processing of quotes and invoices.

The Facilities Management Team plays a vital role in creating safe, functional, and contemporary environments that support the delivery of world-class care to children, young people, and their families.
The team manages the day-to-day operations of more than 170 community sites as well as Perth Children's Hospital and our Neonatology satellite unit at King Edward Memorial Hospital, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and aligned with organisational and legislative requirements. From coordinating maintenance programs and managing contractors to supporting property transitions and implementing innovative facility solutions, the team provides critical support to enable high-quality patient care.
