About Carer's Network
We are a local family-owned business that is 'Big enough to help you, small enough to care' - and are here to help older Australians and NDIS participants live independently at home.
We're looking for a motivated, people-focused graduate to join us in an entry-level Office Administrator role with real responsibility, meaningful work, and clear career progression.
This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and can lead to exciting pathways in Human Resources, Recruitment, Work Health & Safety, Quality Assurance - or even broader opportunities across Client ServicesandAccounts Management.

As our Office Administrator, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for clients, carers, and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
· Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
· Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and efficiently
· Support administrative processes across the business
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of information
· Support smooth, efficient operations across the business
· Play a key role in keeping everything (and everyone) moving
