In this role you'll create outstanding first impressions, keep our office running smoothly, and assist with everything from client service to marketing and contracts.
What You'll Do
* Welcome clients and deliver a first-class experience every time
* Support our Sales & Property Management teams with day-to-day operations
* Coordinate calls, emails, and correspondence
* Assist with marketing campaigns and property promotions
* Manage documents, data entry, and contract processing
* Keep the office organised and efficient
* General administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
* Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate
* A reliable car & current driver's licence
* Administration or customer service experience (real estate experience a bonus)
* Strong organisational skills, initiative, and a friendly, professional manner
* Confidence with IT and software systems
