Job Title: Administrative Officer
Dedicated and organised administrative professional required to join our team at a supportive healthcare facility.
About the Role:
* Full time position working Monday - Friday
* Facilitate communication with residents, families and staff in relation to office administration requirements
* Responsible and accountable for day-to-day office activities ensuring administrative, clerical and reception services are provided to residents, visitors and staff
* Provide timely and effective support to managers
* Maintenance of document and data storage
About You:
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy
* High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning
* Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Experience in Aged Care or Health environment desirable but not essential
