Clinical Research Associate II – FSP: Global Pharma & Biotech – Australia

You will work hand-in-hand with a premium global pharmaceutical company, contributing to pivotal studies that shape future standards of care, while still having a CRO line manager, peer network and clear development framework.
As a CRA II you'll be sponsor-dedicated on high-profile trials, backed by local leadership who invest in realistic workloads, progression and flexibility. Expect a varied study portfolio, strong remote support and opportunities to move across FSP and core CRO programs as your career evolves.
End-to-end monitoring responsibilities: site selection, start-up, routine monitoring and close-out across multiple therapeutic areas, with oncology exposure strongly valued.
Autonomy to run your sites with consistently high quality and low query rates, supported by experienced PMs, CTMs and in-country specialists.

Flexibility for interstate travel as required for site visits and occasional sponsor/CRO meetings.
