We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team at our Alexandra Hills practice on a part-time basis.

About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving Alexandra Hills practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
* Minimum 2 year's experience within a Dental practice (preferred)
* Experience as a Dental Assistant necessary as this role will include some sterilisation duties.
* The availability to work at least Monday and Wednesday
* Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
* Experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W) software (a plus!)

* Highly professional with a polished image and takes pride in your personal presentation
* An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
* A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and environments
* Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
