About The Role
As an Identity Senior Developer, you will be a key technical contributor delivering complex Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will work closely with the Identity Technical Lead to design, build, and support identity capabilities while mentoring junior developers.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Designing and building advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and custom components.
* Developing and maintaining custom Java‐based IIQ rules, workflows, and extensions.
* Implementing complex identity lifecycle logic, access policies, and role models.
* Building and supporting integrations using connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, and custom provisioning logic.
* Supporting onboarding of enterprise systems and applications.
* Contributing to technical design artefacts and solution refinement.
* Performing peer code reviews and supporting development standards.
* Supporting CI/CD pipelines and configuration‐as‐code practices.
* Providing technical guidance to Identity Analysts and junior developers.
What We're Looking For
* 4–6+ years' experience in IAM or security engineering roles.
* 3+ years' hands‐on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
* Strong Java development capability.
* Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise systems.
* Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.

Current NV2 Security Clearance

Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
